Service - Customer Support


While Wymbs Inc. is not a service or installation company, we are a supply house that sells only to the trade, we are committed to supporting our equipment for the life of the equipment.  We have factory trained technicians to help you troubleshoot any problems that may occur during the installation or servicing of our equipment.  If our technicians cannot help you over the phone they will be happy to set up an appointment to meet you on the job.  The only requirements are that a representative from the contractor/installer/service company meet us on the job and that any replacement parts were purchased through Wymbs (We cannot provide support for parts not supplied by Wymbs).  As always when me meet a contractor on the job and there is a problem with our equipment there is no charge for our technician’s time.  It doesn’t matter if the equipment is 1 year or 20 years old we will fully support it.
